Retreat Schedule

Friday: Arrive and Get Comfy

After your check-in, enjoy a walk on the beach or visit the charming town of Cannon Beach. As the sun sets, we’ll meet up at the hotel, have dinner, and get to know each other. We’ll end our first evening together connecting with the ocean and enjoying s’mores around a welcoming beach bonfire.

Saturday: Touch Your Vision

Let the adventure begin! At the Haystack Gardens, we’ll enjoy breakfast before beginning our full day of fun. Then accessing meditation tools, creative exercises, and guided visualizations, we’ll guide you in the process of creating your ideal vision for your future. Add in some creative collaging, play, and exploration by the end of the day, your vision will exist in living color.

We’ll end the day with plenty of time remaining for another walk on the beach or a fabulous spa treatment (booked separately). Dinner on your own or shared with others--it’s up to you.

Sunday: In Action

Every vision needs a plan of action or it simply remains a vision. Today, you’ll craft a process for bringing your vision to life. You'll depart knowing how to implement your plan, keep your goals fresh and alive, and make progress toward your future.

Oh, the places you'll go...

Cannon Beach is widely considered one of the most beautiful places in the state of Oregon. With its iconic Haystack Rock, it's also one of the most photographed beaches on the West Coast. Visitors enjoy food and drink at local cafes, walk and hiking in nearby natural areas, and spa treatments. One of Oregon's finest golf courses, Oregon Golf Resort at Salishan, is about an hour's drive away.
